We strongly recommend ski lessons for those who have not gone downhill skiing before and for those who are not very experienced. All activities (downhill and cross-country skiing) will be at Spirit Mountain this year.

Regarding Housing

Registrations are accepted on a first come, first served basis. If you are a “non-essential” adult, or in 7th grade or under, (i.e. not needed for transportation help, not old enough to participate, or can’t be left at home) please arrange for a motel room so you do not take a spot for a teen. Spouses are considered “essential” and are welcome. We do want everyone to enjoy the fellowship and we realize that our ski rates are phenomenal and very tempting to encourage lots of adults to come. You may feel very welcome to join us, but we need you to help us by arranging for your own housing if you are not coming as chaperones.

Please note on the back of this form any special housing requests, i.e. who you would like to stay with, allergies to cats, etc. as once you arrive we may not be able to make changes.

Registration Deadline is January 12, 2012. A $10.00 late fee will be required for registrations postmarked after that date.

In order to plan and organize an event of this magnitude for a congregation of our size, it is imperative that we are able to plan for who is coming an entire week in advance!!! The late fee is to make it a point to discourage late registrations, which make the planning very challenging.
